Bakelite speaker designed by Louis Kalff for famous Dutch electronics manufacturer Philips in the late 1920s. The model are often referred to as "The Pancake" by collectors because of it´s round from. The bakelite speaker case in itself is in a good vintage condition with minor ware consistent with age and use but the metal base is rusty but functional. The plug is missing and the cable is in poor condition so this example is sold as a decorative item only not knowing the functionality of the actual speaker.
